1. Overview/Sweepstakes Period: The Fruit Riot! Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), sponsored solely by Beyond Better Foods LLC, dba Fruit Riot! (the “Sponsor”), begins on April 24, 2026 at 11:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on April[PO1] 28, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is void in AK, HI, outside the remaining 48 contiguous United States and where prohibited by law.
2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States who are: (a) at least eighteen (18) years of age at time of entry (at least nineteen (19) years of age if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska); and (b) registered users of Instagram with a personal, publicly viewable account. If you do not have an Instagram account you may open one free of charge at www.Instagram.com. Your account may not be a shared or corporate account. Please note: You must keep the Instagram handle you used to enter through the date on which the prizes are awarded.
Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor its subsidiaries, affiliates, authorized agents, sales representatives, distributors, and advertising and promotional agencies, and members of the immediate families (defined as including spouse, biological, adoptive and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification.
3. How to Enter:[ZP2] [PO3] The Sponsor will post a call to action in connection with this Sweepstakes on its Instagram account @fruitriot (the “Post”) on April 28, 2026. After the call to action is posted, you may enter the Sweepstakes by performing all of the following actions: (1) Follow @fruitriot; (2) “Like” the Post; (3) Describe, in English only, in 2,200 characters or less, what is on your Summer bucket list; and (4) @mention, with permission, one (1) friend at least eighteen (18) years of age (at lease nineteen (19) years of age if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska), with whom you have a personal relationship and with whom you would like to enjoy your Summer bucket list item(s) (your “Comment”). If you successfully complete all of the steps outlined above, you will receive one (1) entry into the prize drawing described in Rule 5, below (your “Entry”).
The Comment in your Entry must comply with the Comment Restrictions described in Rule 4, below. Limit one (1) Entry per person/Instagram account, during the entire Sweepstakes Period. AllEntries must be received by11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 28, 2026[PO4] .
If you choose to enter using a mobile device, standard message and data rates apply in accordance with your personal mobile service plan. Check details of your plan prior to using a mobile device to enter. A mobile device is not required to enter the Sweepstakes.
Entries will not be judged. Winner will be selected in a random drawing as described in Rule 5, below.
Any attempt by any individual to exceed the above-indicated Entry limit by using multiple/different e-mail or IP addresses, or Instagram accounts, identities, or any other methods will void that individual’s Entry(ies) and that individual will be disqualified. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of the potential winner, the winning Entry will be declared made by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the Instagram account used to enter the Sweepstakes provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person in whose name the Instagram account was created.
4. Comment Restrictions: The Comment in your Entry must conform to the following Restrictions:
Your Comment cannot: (a) be derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; (b) promote alcohol, marijuana, illegal drugs, tobacco, or any activities that may be unsafe or dangerous; (c) be offensive (in the opinion of the Sponsor), or endorse any form of hate or hate group; (d) defame, misrepresent or disparage Sponsor or its products/services, or other people, products, services or companies; (e) contain trademarks owned by others (except Sponsor’s trademarks to the limited extent allowed hereunder (inclusion of Sponsor’s trademarks is not required)*), or advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind (except Sponsor’s brand, which is optional), without permission, or contain any personal identification, (such as license plate numbers, personal names, email addresses or street addresses). Note: Entrants’ names included in their handles are allowed; (f) contain copyrighted materials (music, artwork, etc.) owned by others; (g) communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill with which Sponsor wishes to associate; and (h) be unsuitable for family audiences and for public display and dissemination, in the sole opinion of Sponsor.
The above list is not meant to be exhaustive. If a Comment in an Entry is determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to be in violation of any of the foregoing requirements, or unsuitable for inclusion in this Sweepstakes for any reason, the Entry and the entrant who submitted it will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. *LIMITED LICENSE: THE SPONSOR’S TRADEMARKS MAY BE USED FOR PURPOSES OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES ONLY. NO OTHER RIGHTS IN OR TO SPONSOR’S TRADEMARKS ARE GRANTED UNDER THESE OFFICIAL RULES. Note: Use of Sponsor’s trademarks/brand in Comments is optional.
By submitting an Entry, entrant hereby warrants and represents as follows with respect to the Comment in the Entry: (i) Comment conforms to all Comment Restrictions set forth herein; (ii) Comment is entrant’s original creation (modifying, enhancing or altering a third party’s preexisting work does not qualify as a entrant’s original creation; (iii) Comment was created solely by entrant; (iv) Comment has not been previously published or won any awards; (v) Comment does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity; and (vi) publication of the Comment, or portions thereof, via various media, including but not limited to Web and social platform posting, will not infringe on the rights of any third party. Each entrant hereby releases, indemnifies and holds Sponsor harmless from and against any claims contrary to the above warranties and representations.
All incomplete or non-compliant Entries, and the entrants who submitted them, will be disqualified.
5. Prize Drawing/Prize/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)/Odds: On or about April 29, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received to select the potential winner of the following prize package:
One (1) branded surfboard. ARV: $910.00; One (1) Sour Patch KidsÒ x Fruit Riot! box with an assortment of each company’s products (including the companies’ collaboration flavor); One (1) Sour Patch Kids x Fruit Riot! t-shirt; and one (1) Sour Patch Kids x Fruit Riot! Keychain. ARV: $40.00. Specific flavors of products will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
The awarding of the prize is subject to verification of the winner’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
The odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Total ARV of prize package: $950.00.
In no event will more than one (1) prize be awarded. If, for any reason, more than one (1) prize notification is issued, Sponsor reserves the right to award the one (1) intended prize through a random drawing from among all entrants who received such notifications.
For those components of the prize not manufactured by Sponsor, the prize components are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Winner Notification/Prize Claim: The potential winner will be notified by Instagram Direct Message (“DM”) within approximately 3 days following the date of the drawing and must respond to the DM within 24 hours. Failure to so respond will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. Potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within a specified time period as a condition of receiving the prize. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. If disqualified for any reason, the winner’s prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from among all remaining entries. If necessary, this process will be repeated up to three (3) times. If the prize is not claimed by the third attempt to award it, the prize will not be awarded.
Prize cannot be reproduced, transferred, assigned, substituted, sold, offered at auction, or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as described herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or prize component) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize (or prize component) becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local income taxes on the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
7. Release: Acceptance of the prize constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of his/her/their name, Instagram handle, limited biographical information, city and state, voice, statements, and/or filmed, taped or otherwise recorded likeness in commerce and in all media worldwide, including but not limited to social media, for advertising/publicity/trade purposes without additional compensation, notice or approval except where prohibited by law.
By submitting an Entry, you warrant and represent that you have complied with all of these Official Rules, and agree to release Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc. Mondelēz Global LLC and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies and the directors, officers, employees and agents of each of the foregoing (collectively the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims and liability for any injuries, (including but not limited to personal injury or death), loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, the acceptance, possession, use and or misuse of the prize (if applicable) and/or claims based on right of publicity/right of privacy or defamation.
8. Rights Granted to Sponsor: By submitting an Entry, each entrant hereby grants to the Sponsor a non-exclusive, irrevocable, fully paid, universal license to use, copy, sublicense, transmit, distribute, publicly or privately perform, publish, edit, delete, make derivative works from or display such Entry, or any portion thereof, in any media worldwide, including but not limited to the internet and Sponsor’s social media accounts, without compensation or limitation and without any further notice or right of approval, except where prohibited. Each entrant agrees that the results and proceeds of such use shall become the property of Sponsor and shall be freely assignable by Sponsor. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the rights mentioned herein. Each entrant releases and holds Sponsor harmless from and against any and all claims or liability arising from or in connection with any use of entrant’s Entry. Each entrant further acknowledges that Sponsor does not waive any rights to use similar or related ideas previously known to Sponsor, or developed by its employees, or obtained from sources other than the Entry.
Each entrant expressly waives all rights to review or approve any use that Sponsor makes of his/her Entry in accordance with these Official Rules. By submitting an Entry, each entrant further agrees to waive all rights of attribution if his/her Entry is used by Sponsor or anyone Sponsor authorizes, and to waive any moral rights in the Entry.
By submitting an Entry, each entrant further agrees that his/her Entry is gratuitous, unsolicited and without restriction, and will not place Sponsor under any obligations other than those contained in these Official Rules, and that Sponsor is free to disclose the ideas contained in the Entry on a non-confidential basis to anyone. Each entrant further acknowledges that he/she will not instigate, support, maintain, or authorize any action or lawsuit against Sponsor on the basis that any use of his/her Entry infringes any of his/her rights as creator of such Entry.
By submitting an Entry, each entrant understands and acknowledges that he/she will not now or in the future be paid or compensated in any way for the Entry or for granting the Sponsor any of the rights set out in these Official Rules.
Sponsor may, at any time, require any entrant to execute documents to confirm the grant of rights hereunder; failure to do so may result in disqualification.
9. Miscellaneous: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) electronic transmissions or Entries that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, destroyed, misdirected, or not received by Sponsor for any reason; (b) any problems or technical malfunctions, including but not limited to any problems or technical malfunctions related to the Instagram platform, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of Entries, or for deletion, theft or destruction of, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries; (c) failed or unavailable hardware, network, or software; (d) causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes; (e) any Entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these Official Rules (all such Entries will be disqualified); (f) incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by entrants, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (g) any typographical or other error in any printing or advertising relating to the Sweepstakes, in the administration or execution of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the prize winner; or (h) cheating or fraud by any participant.
If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot be executed as planned, including but not limited to any printing, administrative, human or other error of any kind, transmission failure, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, pandemic, social media mandate or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, or if the Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and, if terminated before the intended end date of the Sweepstakes Period, to select the potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to the date/time of termination.
Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, generally, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any laws, or to be attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, misappropriation, infringement, or any other unfair playing practices or poor sportsmanship, or to be acting with the intention of annoying, abusing, threatening, or harassing any other participants or Sponsor.
10. Privacy: Any personally identifiable information collected in connection with an entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor, its affiliates, and agents only for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, as described in these Official Rules, and in any manner consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://fruitriot.com/privacy-policy/
11. Disputes/Venue/Governing Law: By participating, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, this Sweepstakes or the prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate federal, state or local court located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including but not limited to costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) to the extent allowed by applicable law, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages and/or any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO PORTIONS OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Pennsylvania or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Pennsylvania.
In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials or made by Sponsor’s representatives, and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
12. Severability: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

14. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by Fruit Riot!, 196 West Ashland Street, Suite #635, Doylestown, PA 18901 Mondelēz Global LLC is not a Sponsor.
