Our Platform is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 and strive to comply with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). California residents may request details once per calendar year regarding personal information shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes under California’s “Shine the Light” law. DO NOT TRACK & GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL (GPC) SIGNALS

While our Platform does not currently respond to legacy “Do Not Track” (DNT) browser headers, we do recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. When a GPC signal is detected, Osano automatically opts your browser out of non-essential cookies and targeted advertising tracking.

OPT-OUT OPTIONS

In addition to managing your preferences via our website footer, you may also opt out of participating ad networks through the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) consumer choice page at optout.aboutads.info.

DATA RETENTION & SENSITIVE INFORMATION

Data Retention: We retain the personal information we collect only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the operational purposes for which it was collected (such as processing orders, maintaining customer accounts, and preventing fraud), or as required by applicable tax, accounting, or legal retention rules.

Sensitive Personal Information: BBF does not collect or process Sensitive Personal Information (as defined under California privacy law, such as precise geolocation, government identifiers, financial account credentials, or health data) for the purpose of inferring characteristics about consumers or for any secondary advertising purposes.

SECURITY & STORAGE

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. Information may be stored and processed inside or outside of the United States.

LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES

Our Platform may contain links to external websites not operated by BBF. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites.
